David Slutzky (President and CEO) - Prof. Slutzky is a recognized thought leader in the field of vehicle-to-grid technology. Prof. Slutzky founded Fermata Energy with the specific intention of developing and commercializing vehicle-to-grid technology in order to make electric vehicles more cost effective and the electric power grid more stable, as well as to provide large-scale energy storage to make the transition to renewable energy happen more quickly.

David Sandalow (Board Member) - Former Under Secretary of Energy (Acting) and Assistant Secretary for Policy & International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy; current Inaugural Fellow at Columbia University’s new Center on Global Energy Policy.

Tony Posawatz (Advisor) – Over 30 years at General Motors, including Vehicle Line Director for Chevy Volt; previously Mr. Posawatz was responsible for the development of Chevy Avalanche and Cadillac Escalade; former CEO (turnaround) at Fisker Automotive.

John Wheeler (Principal) – John Wheeler has over 12 years of experience combining investment banking and clean technology consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Glenn Skutt (President and Co-Founder of PowerHub Systems) - Over 25 years of power electronics experience in commercial and utility applications, co-founded PowerHub Systems in 2008 as a spinoff company of VPT, Inc., a supplier of high-reliability DC/DC converters.

Colin Steers (Senior Project Manager) - A graduate of Carleton College with a Master's in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, Mr. Steers spent 5 years managing small business operations before joining Fermata.

Facundo Tassara (Director of Fleet Business Development) - More than 17 years in the automotive sector, including managing municipal fleets; recognized as a “Top 20 Under 40” by Government Fleet and nominated for “Fleet Manager of the Year”.
